FEES
Below are the standard fees charged for services. We accept cash, check, credit card, and most major private insurance plans. We are in-network for several insurance plans (see below). When billing insurance we will make a good faith effort to estimate the cost of care; however, coverage will depend on the details of your plan, including deductible, co-pays, plan limits, and your individual elections for the plan year. If you intend to pay for services through your insurance carrier, we encourage you to review your plan documents and speak to your insurance provider prior to initiating treatment to determine your individual coverage. Regardless of coverage, please know that as the insured, all service fees are ultimately your responsibility.
Standard Fees
Mental Health Assessment
For those interested in counseling, the initial mental health assessment is approximately 60 min in length and is billed at a standard rate of $250 per assessment.
Counseling
Counseling sessions are approximately 45 min in length and are billed at a standard rate of $150 per session.
Coaching Assessment
For those interested in coaching, the initial coaching assessment is approximately 60 min in length and is billed at a standard rate of $125 per assessment.
Coaching
Coaching sessions are approximately 30 min in length and are billed at a standard rate of $100 per session.

Additional Considerations
​As applicable all claims will be directly submitted to your insurance carrier on your behalf. At this time we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Triwest. However, we encourage you to check back later as we are actively pursuing enrollment in these networks. Co-pays are due at the time of service. Sliding-fee services may be available on a case-by-case basis.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 24-hours prior to the established appointment time. A service fee will be assessed for missed appointments without adequate notice. Please know that insurance carriers will not provide reimbursement for missed appointments.
